Rental Coordinator

Job Description

 Reynolds-Warren Equipment has an immediate need for a rental coordinator based out of our Richmond Hill, GA store.  The


Responsibilities Include:



  • Work with customers and our sales team to coordinate the rental of equipment

  • Create and execute rental contracts

  • Invoicing new and recurring rentals

  • Creating and executing rental-purchase agreements

  • Maintaining accurate fleet information

  • Provide additional clerical support such as answering phones and processing paperwork

  • Maintaining customer account information

  • Scheduling and coordination for pick-up / delivery of rental equipment

  • Assist in educating customers on equipment specifications, safety concerns and proper use of equipment


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Ability to work with no direct supervision

  • Some industry-related experience preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
