This position plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences during the night shift.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out efficiently - Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel and local area - Manage reservations and cancellations effectively - Process payments and maintain guest accounts - Perform night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions - Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities - Assist with various administrative tasks as needed Skills:
