We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to provide guests with the highest level of service and comfort.
Job Duties:
Greet guests and provide a warm, welcoming environment.
Answer incoming calls and provide appropriate information to the guest.
Maintain the cleanliness of the front desk, including but not limited to; checking in guests, checking out guests, cleaning, stocking supplies, etc.
Take reservations and handle reservations by contacting the correct party and providing information to the correct party.
Maintain the cleanliness of the office by cleaning, stocking supplies, taking out trash, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Skills &
Qualifications:
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to communicate effectively with others.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
