Universal Banker The Universal Banker provides services to customers in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner while maintaining the confidentiality of the bank's records and customer transactions.
Educates customers about products, services, and refers the appropriate products and services matching the clients' needs based upon the client conversation.
Also responsible for processing regular transactions, such as receiving and paying out money and keeping records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions in an efficient, friendly, and accurate manner.
This position will also open new deposit accounts, personal and business alike.
In addition, the Universal Banker is responsible for balancing the cash, staying within drawer limits, and complying with regulations and company policies.
Must have High Diploma or GED and minimum of two years of customer service experience preferred.
Two-Five years of Teller/Customer Service experience is a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
