We are looking for our Legal & Regulatory Administrator to take ownership, embrace the challenge to find a way to make things easier, while delivering a consistently great customer experience! The Legal & Regulatory Administrator will assist with activities related to the company's legal and regulatory functions, including organization and management of contracts, company policies and procedures, risk management, regulatory compliance and other tasks as assigned by the Director.
Candidates MUST be located in or within the Savannah, GA area, this is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:
Assist with management of contracts including intake and review, use of company's form agreements, negotiation, execution, and storage Oversee department's policies and procedures including creation of new policies and procedures, revisions to improve existing procedures, and assist colleagues with policy compliance Ensure compliance with record keeping and retention policies and procedures Oversee department's calendar and ensure timely regulatory and corporate filings, meet compliance deadlines, meet legal/litigation deadlines, and other time-sensitive matters Assist with risk management and insurance including maintaining schedules and data needed for policy renewals, certificates of insurance, bonds, and claim handling Assist with training on use of contracts, policies, procedures, and regulatory programs as needed Support the creation and submission of state and federal grant projects.
Track grant awards and required due dates.
Gather data for all reporting requirements to ensure timely submission of information to ensure successful reimbursement for grant awards.
Support other license, taxation, and compliance areas related to legal and regulatory as needed Effectively manage administrative tasks including system(s) maintenance, data entry, filing and reporting Maintain an attitude and philosophy consistent with and in promotion of the Company's core values and mission statement Requirements:
Minimum
Qualifications:
3-5 years of telecommunications legal and/or regulatory experience Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certification preferred, but not required.
Must be able to work with confidential information and maintain utmost discretion.
Demonstrated attention to detail, organization, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills Strong self-starter who requires little direction, able to anticipate the needs of others, with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines and priorities Adept at multi-tasking and ability to work under tight (and, at times, competing) deadlines Excellent oral and written communication abilities, interpersonal and public speaking skills to effectively communicate and work with management Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel, with strong data mining and manipulation skills Adaptability, reliability, and flexibility.
Able to support and handle change Possess a positive attitude and eagerness to learn Ability to research, read, interpret, and explain state and federal regulations.
