Hours:
Monday to Friday 6am - 2:
30pm Pay Rate:
$19 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Assist with order entry and data entry tasks using QuickBooks - Maintain and organize files and documents in both physical and digital formats - Assist in various clerical tasks - Transcribe notes and documents accurately and efficiently - Provide administrative support to the office staff as needed Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an office or clerical setting is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Excel - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing information - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written We offer competitive pay and benefits for this position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
